High Level Overview
This discussion explores the current spiritual resurgence within Christianity and challenges the dominance of Pauline theology in mainstream Christian doctrine. Aaron Abke, a biblical scholar and son of a pastor, argues for a return to the authentic teachings of Jesus (Yeshua), emphasizing forgiveness, love, and keeping the commandments as central to salvation, rather than the later doctrinal constructs attributed to Paul. This conversation is essential for Christians and spiritual seekers who wish to understand the divergence between the Jesus of the gospels and the religion shaped predominantly by Paul, and who seek a more unifying, heart-centered faith.
