For physical well-being and radiance, he advised applying a spoonful of curd to the body before bathing. To address career and marital hurdles, a potent mantra, "Om Mahendri Kulkul Swaha," was prescribed for daily chanting after lighting a ghee lamp and offering Nirgundi leaves to Maa Durga. Additionally, specific offerings of rice and milk kheer to Maa Durga on Fridays, along with white sandalwood, small cardamom, and rock sugar in a white handkerchief at a Durga temple, were recommended to invoke divine blessings. Recognizing a 'Pitra Dosh' (ancestral affliction), Gurudev also suggested offering food to a Brahmin on every Amavasya to honor ancestors and ensure their blessings.
